PLEASE NOTE: Under the Control of Dogs Order 1992 it is mandatory that any dog in a public place must wear a collar with the name and address (including postcode) of the owner included on it. Your telephone number is optional though it is advised that you include it. It is advised that you do not include your dog's name so that he can not be called by strangers.
