What happens if I need to return a product?
We offer a NO-FUSS returns policy, all you have to do is fill in and follow the instructions on our Returns Form and return it back to us clean, with its original packaging. Returns will be processed within 5 working days of the date of return. We will then do as you have asked on the returns form regarding a refund or exchange. Items can be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.

We always recommend that you return the item via registered mail and get a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we will be unable to help you if the item doesn’t make it back to us. If you have any queries regarding your return either email us on email@example.com or call us on 0333 800 5066.
Please note that if you are returning a Dog coat, or any other item that has been in contact with your dog, it must be completely clean of dog hair. Also when returning boots we urge you to try them on your dog inside the house as we cannot accept muddy boots back. In the unlikely event of a product being returned to Pets Perfect which we have to clean ourselves, then we reserve the right to return it to you.
Why do we not offer a Free returns policy
Unfortunately we cannot offer a free returns policy as if we did that it would put our prices up for everyone else. We will however cover postage if your item is faulty.
How refunds are processed
All refunds will be made back onto your card or into your paypal via a secure online process.
How do I arrange an exchange?
If you would like to return your item for an exchange please fill out the returns form and send it right back to us. If you have lost your returns form, FEAR NOT! Just return your item back to us with all your details inside, detailing that you would like an exchange and what size or colour you would like instead.
Can I return an item which was on Sale?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any items purchased in our sale unless they are faulty. These items are normally end of lines or discontinued lines or items we are not stocking any more which are why they are such bargains! We however will be more than happy to exchange for any other products.
A problem with a veterinary medicine?
If there is a problem or your pet experiences an adverse reaction to any veterinary medicine please contact us immediately. If it is out of hours you can contact the VMD direct or your local vet.
